Abuse of Company Sickness Schemes:
Increasingly we are requested to investigate absentee employees who are claiming sickness while actually engaged in secondary employment elsewhere. This results in financial loss to the employer and places an additional strain on the workforce, perhaps even requiring the acquisition of temporary replacements. Such abuse can very quickly be detected through surveillance, with resulting evidence being used to support disciplinary action and/or dismissal.
Employee Theft & Fraud:
Theft and fraud by employees causes financial loss and destroys trust. Very often mere suspicion of such activity is insufficient to justify immediate police investigation, or the employer may not wish official involvement. In such cases we have been frequently successful in gathering the necessary evidence to justify police action or, where police involvement is not desired, the dismissal of the culprit/s without fear of future litigation.
Matromonial & Domestic issues:
We provide specialist advice and practical assistance in investigation and collection of evidence for matrimonial and domestics issues, including: spouse/partner infidelity, surveillance, variation of maintenance issues, co-habitation evidence, missing relative tracing and absconder enquires.
Pre-employment Screening:
This service provides a fast and efficient method for employers to check the personal details, academic record and work history provided by potential employees, especially those earmarked to fill positions of trust. Once applicants have been shortlisted we will conduct discreet inquiries to verify the applicant's details as submitted with their application form or Curriculum Vitae.
